IPC Section 60 - Sentence May Be Rigorous Or Simple

IPC Section 60 states that - 

• It is applicable only if the offender is punishable with the imprisonment of either description
• If the punishment includes the imprisonment of either description, it depends on the court & justice to punish the offender with rigorous imprisonment or simple imprisonment.
