IPC Section 78: Acts Done Under Court Judgment or Order

IPC Section 78 states that - all the actions taken in accordance with the judgment passed by the court will not be considered an offence.

It is only possible If the judgment/Order must remain in force during that time & the court has the power to pass the order in that jurisdiction.
