How to file writ petition in Supreme court?

How can I file a writ petition for a writ of mandamus before the Supreme Court when the lower court is not following the correct law, enforcing previous maintenance orders, or considering my application to produce public records?

You should consult a lawyer to determine the appropriate remedy against the lower court’s actions. Depending on the case, you may approach the High Court for enforcement of maintenance orders or challenge the court’s failure to consider your application. Dear Client, Mandamus cannot be obtained to question judicial errors of a lower court. You can file an appeal or revision petition as per law on the basis of Article 227 of the constitution. If there is a problem of non-enforcement of maintenance order, please get execution from the concerned court. Public record can only be obtained through proper law. Dear Client, Don't approach the SC. Article 32 is only for fundamental rights, and the Court asks why you didn't go to the High Court first. File in the High Court under Article 227, or Section 528 BNSS, to direct the lower court to decide your pending applications within a fixed time. For unpaid maintenance, apply for execution before the same court, and if the order is under Section 144 BNSS, claim each arrear within a year. First press the trial court and get it noted in the order sheet.
