IPC Section 30 - "Valuable Security"

IPC Section 30 states that - the term "VALUABLE SECURITY" denotes the document which is purported to contain the legal documentation and the legal right is created, extended, transferred, restricted, and extinguished, whereby any person acknowledges that lies under legal liabilities, or has not a certain legal right.
