M-RERA not done by Developer
I have looked at a project in Shahapur, Maharashtra named Pool City Blue Lagoon and it has a gated development but is not having a MAHA-RERA No. and he has replied with the following words: "He said rera is not mandatory for one on one bungalow..bcoz here he is selling land first and den making a bungalow as per customer.."

Sir, MahaRERA registration is required for all residential and commercial projects in Maharashtra.
